Google’s internal sales training program was in need of a brand refresh. The challenge was to keep existing systems and naming conventions in place while updating the overall look and feel of the materials. The concept of the project was to aid in certifying employees while they advance their skill set in specific focus areas, leveling up from a green to blue to black belt to achieve sales mastery. It needed to feel sophisticated yet friendly while adhering to Google brand guidelines. Shown here is the entire system developed and how it functions.
